Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics. **Key Job Accountabilities:*** Maintains work area and assists in maintaining the Plexus Engineering Solutions Lab to 6S and ESD standards.* Provide quality products and services to all internal and external customers.* Basic understanding and ability to perform wiring, soldering, crimping and assembly functions to build high quality test systems or products per engineering specifications.* Produce an acceptable quantity of work in a timely manner with limited supervision.* Perform initial assembly and reworking of rapid prototypes to support the development teams.* Ability to develop and deliver feedback during pre and post engineering builds. **Education/Experience Qualifications:*** Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred.
