Lab Helper (Road Construction)

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Lab Helper to assist in our road construction materials testing laboratory in our site projects Sebuyau, Sarawak. The successful candidate will support laboratory technicians and engineers in conducting tests on construction materials such as asphalt, concrete, soil, and aggregates. This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in construction and quality control, offering hands-on experience in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and testing road construction materials (e.g., asphalt, concrete, soil).
2. Handle lab equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
3. Record test data accurately and maintain lab documentation.
4. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
5. Support senior technicians and engineers in daily lab operations.
6. Perform basic calculations and measurements as required.

Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of science and mathematics is an advantage.
2. Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
3. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a lab/construction site environment.
4. No prior experience required; training will be provided.
5. Physically fit to handle lab equipment and samples.
