Job summary

BizLink Technology (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Mandarin-speaking laboratory technician to perform testing and quality control on finished products; strong teamwork is essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you will support production out of hours and lead test coordination, plan testing, and prepare operation instructions for new machines, guiding technicians.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a science background or degree in science.
• Experience in laboratory work will be shortlisted.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a wide range of laboratory activities including testing and quality control of finished products.
• Willing to take on new projects and understand project requirements.
• Take initiative on testing equipment required in test plans and schedule testing.
• Taking role as a leader coordinating test works, performing failure analysis and CAPA.
• Creating new operation instructions for new machines/testing and guiding technicians on machine handling.
