Job summary

A leading company in the palm oil industry, based in Bintulu, is seeking an R&D Lab Assistant. This position involves ensuring the quality of incoming CPO and PK, conducting laboratory tests, and maintaining proper operational procedures. The successful candidate will possess a relevant education and experience, with the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Possess SPM / Diploma in related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Able to work night shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking the quality of every incoming CPO and PK from suppliers.
• Record the results tested in the SOP Refinery System.
• Collect representative samples for every incoming CPO and PK.
• Testing of FFA, DOBI, and moisture for every CPO sample.
• Operate equipment in the laboratory with care.
