Job summary

Capcon Asia is seeking an application support specialist for global Level 2 support, with a focus on SQL and API testing. This role allows for 100% remote work with rotational shifts, ideal for applicants looking to re-enter the workforce or those based outside KL. As part of a multicultural team, you'll report to the IT Service Manager and play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations across regions.

• Must be Malaysian.
• Ability to work in a 2-week rotational shift.

Level / Grade

• 2 + years in an application support or engineering role
• Reporting to the IT Service Manager based in KL
• Application support team is 6 people, multi cultural team, of various ages & backgrounds

Location

• 100% remote work (has been 100% remote since 2021)
• Must be able to work on 2 week rotational shift
• Start times 8am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm (40 hours per week)
