Your New Company: -
My client is a global technology company operating in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Your New Role: -

• L2 incident management in the IT security area, enabling and supporting escalation path to L3.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or certificate management-related topics.
• Support release activities together with the stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Service Desk to maintain and improve processes.
• Maintain digital workplace knowledge base for IT staff and end users.
• Participate in projects requiring L2 insights, suggest, and implement small-scale automations to enhance service.

What You'll Need to Succeed: -

• 2-3 years of experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, and Certificate Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Authorities.
• Experience with Certificate Management using externally validated CAs like VeriSign.
• Good knowledge of LAPS and PowerShell scripting.
