A leading multinational in online trading seeks a KYC Analyst based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur. Company Background:

We are representing one of our multinational client, an award-winning leader in online trading and financial service industry, looking for KYC Analyst (Thai/Indonesian/Vietnamese Speaker - Non native) to be based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur.


Job Description:

  • Review customer documents
  • Resolve various alerts while conducting KYC
  • Activate new customer trading accounts
  • Handle client communication via multilingual & templated emails
  • Perform Back-office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, deposits
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects upon request

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
  • Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
  • Good communication (spoken & written) in Thai/Indonesian/Vietnamese AND English (Role needs to liaise with native customers from respective countries).
  • Prior experience conducting KYC and/or Back Office operations is preferred
  • Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Public transport: MRT is 500 meters walking distance.
