What would be your role as Sales Support?

  1. To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues and problems.
  2. To manage customer’s expectations in terms of shipment delays, documents (Quotation, Pre-alert) accuracy and related Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  3. To identify and solve issues in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  4. To discuss and communicate customer feedback with your superior as required, keeping them informed of all relevant information that could affect the sales team.
  5. To communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on shipment inquiries.
  6. To be responsible for monitoring and follow up of routing order shipments:
  7. Order processing.
  8. Shipments monitoring and follow-up.
  9. Generate and provide timely reports as per customer’s requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Candidate must possess at least higher secondary/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  3. Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Understanding of Mandarin is an added advantage as this position requires communication with overseas branches and agents.
