Job Summary:

The Sales Manager (Business Development & Key Account) is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. This role combines the responsibilities of field sales and account management to achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
    • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
    • Coordinate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
    • Work closely with the Senior Manager to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Technical & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
