The successful candidate will assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities, manage documents and reports, and ensure effective communication with teams and contractors. Required qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Project Management, along with relevant experience in project coordination. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Candidates with study or work experience in China will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
• Manage project documents, drawings, technical submissions, and approval records.
• Monitor the project schedule and highlight potential delays or risks.
