Responsibilities:
• Ensure that team members welcome all customers with clear greetings and guide them to their seats in a courteous and polite manner.
• Guide the team to provide “Added-Value” service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and brightness in the outlet environment.
• Ensure team members are in proper appearance and posture at all times.
• Monitor outlet sales performance, stock freshness, manpower management (duty roster planning), and understand general operation costs.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards in hygiene and safety legislation.
• Provide leadership guidance and maintain effective communication through coaching and counseling with team members.
Requirements:
• Open to various educational backgrounds.
• Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin.
• Experience in food and beverage industry store staff.
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500
Inclusions:

Annual Leave: 8 days in the first year

- 12pm - 9pm
