Job description

We are looking for a Commis Chef / Junior Chef / Demi Chef to assist in our kitchen operations:

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with day-to-day production operations and participating in menu development.
2. Supporting during service to ensure timely and high-quality dish presentation.
3. Maintaining standards of presentation, taste, texture, and quantity as per company guidelines.
4. Being fully familiar with the menu and adaptable to changes to meet customer demands and company policies.
5. Following instructions from supervisors to complete daily tasks.
6. Coordinating with other sections regarding cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
7. Ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitisation in all kitchen and serving areas.
8. Willingness to travel and work at Fox Paradox Cafe.

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a cafe or restaurant, hardworking, independent, passionate about quality, creative.
