Job summary

Key duties include preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking and plating, following recipes and SOPs, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage, stock organisation, and supporting the kitchen lead to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation.
• Assist with cooking, assembling, and plating dishes.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure food is handled and stored properly.
• Assist with stock organisation and minimise food wastage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Kitchen Lead.
