Job summary

Latiff Maani Foods Sdn Bhd (The Pinggan Cafe) in Malaysia is seeking kitchen staff to support chefs with food preparation, ingredient prep, and basic kitchen tasks.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Malaysian citizens only. You will maintain hygiene, receive and store supplies, and assist with stock replenishment under the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• For Malaysian ONLY

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation and ingredient preparation.
• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure food preparation areas comply with hygiene and safety standards.
• Receive and store kitchen supplies properly.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory when required.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef.
