Job description

  • Assist in preparing ingredients necessary and other section in kitchen as directed by the Head Chef.
  • Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standard in and around the culinary workplace areas and make sure to clean the stations after each service.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, statutory regulations and Food Hygiene policies.
  • Maintain the food storage areas in accordance with the company’s Food Hygiene, Healthy and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the Head Chef.
  • Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

Position Requirements

  • Qualifications: SPM and above. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply and on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Experience: Experience in hot kitchen is added advantage.
  • Have a passion of cooking.
  • Pleasant personality, good work attitude, responsibility, friendly and active personnel.
  • Fast learner.
  • Adapt to the needs of business.
  • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
