Qualifications

• Assist in kitchen activities and support kitchen team.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests.
• Ensure the cash register is properly opened every day.
• Understand and follow SOP policies & procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meal ingredients for the Cook, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing.
• Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
• Washing and drying dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
• Packing take-out orders and keeping the station organized and clean.
• Maintain the kitchen atmosphere to be welcoming and safe.
• Carry out any other duties as required by management.
