• Assist chef in preparing cooking ingredients (cutting vegetables, frying chicken, preparing raw materials, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment, and storage
• Assist in cooking process and food plating
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are adhered to
• Assist with daily kitchen work including washing equipment, stock storage, and menu preparation
• Work according to set shift schedules
• Work overtime when required
