The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen operations. This role ensures that the kitchen is clean, organized, and efficiently run, contributing to smooth meal production and high standards of hygiene.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
  • Wash dishes, cookware, and tools consistently throughout the shift.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies, following hygiene and safety guidelines.
  • Dispose of waste and manage kitchen recycling procedures.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing food supplies and inventory.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards required by the resort/restaurant.
  • Support cooks during peak hours and help with plating when needed.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Job Requirements
