Overview

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helpers to support our kitchen operations. The role is responsible for assisting chefs in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food according to hygiene and safety standards.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and cooking tools.
• Assist chefs in plating and arranging food items when required.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries of raw materials and kitchen supplies.
• Dispose of waste and maintain proper recycling and food safety practices.
• Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
• Comply with outlet’s SOPs, including Halal practices where applicable.
• Support in other duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements
