Job description

Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and storage spaces.

Wash, dry, and store dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools properly.

Ensure proper handling and storage of food supplies, maintaining freshness and minimizing waste.

Dispose of garbage and manage recycling according to hygiene and safety guidelines.

Support chefs and cooks during busy service periods by preparing ingredients and restocking stations.

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
