Job description

Daimanzoku is a new Japanese Kushikatsu Izakaya opening in September 2025 in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, under MUGEN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SDN. BHD. We specialize in kushikatsu – crispy, deep-fried skewers – and aim to offer an authentic Osaka street food experience in a vibrant, casual setting. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dependable Malaysian candidates to join our opening team as Kitchen Staff, Service Crew, or Restaurant Manager.

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering great food and excellent service. Whether you're preparing food in the kitchen, serving guests on the floor, or managing operations, we offer a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and competitive pay ranging from RM2,000 to RM5,000, depending on experience and position. If you're passionate about Japanese cuisine and hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for Malaysian candidates only with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Applicants must be able to communicate in English and Malay; the ability to speak Japanese is a strong advantage. Prior experience in F&B is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Candidates should be willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays, and must be team-oriented with a genuine passion for customer service and Japanese cuisine. For managerial positions, prior experience in restaurant operations and team supervision is required.
