About the role

UNIQUE KINDIES is seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Kepong. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional development. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality early childhood education.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity

Providing individualised attention and support to ensure each child's academic, social and emotional needs are met

Organising and leading engaging group activities, such as storytelling, music, art, and physical play

Monitoring children's progress and providing regular feedback to parents and guardians

Maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating classroom environment

Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in a kindergarten or childcare setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents and colleagues

Creative and adaptable teaching approach to cater to the diverse needs of young learners

Thorough understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods

Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages
