What will I be doing?

As a Kids Club Attendant, you will supervise and assist children participating in hotel activities, including arts and crafts and swimming, contributing to the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome. Assisting families with their needs and responding to requests regarding different aspects of the programs.
• Supervising children’s activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of the kids’ club area, including emptying trash cans, cleaning activities, and vacuuming floors.
• Creating monthly calendars of events and activities, and organizing weekend craft tables on cabana lawns.
• Handling payments, including credit card and cash transactions.
• Reporting all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc., to security.
• Providing general assistance, instruction, and guidance to guests.
