Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand market share within assigned key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts, including Trading Buyers and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
  • Utilize sales data analysis, monitor competitor activities, and stay abreast of market trends to optimize product assortment and promotional strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of agreements to drive profitable growth and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, forecasts, and insights to management on account performance and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management within pharmacy / health & beauty channels
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving growth within key accounts
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
