About the role

As the Key Account Sales Manager at EP FORKLIFT MALAYSIA SDN BHD, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with the company's most valuable clients. This full-time role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, and will require you to work closely with the sales team to drive new business development and deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs

Provide regular reports on account performance, new opportunities, and customer feedback

Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development and account management in the sales industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

Proficient in using CRM software to manage and track customer interactions

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Familiarity with the forklift industry and its competitive landscape is preferred
