In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid, Onsite #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution Business to be based at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.You will be mainly accountable for:• Owning and growing key account relationships, driving year-over-year (YOY) revenue and order growth across assigned segment portfolios.• Developing and executing account-specific strategies, including pipeline development, opportunity management, and long term customer engagement plans.• Positioning ABB's value proposition effectively within the segment, delivering tailored, solution-based offerings that aligns with customer needs.• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (tendering, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the segment, including upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnership initiatives.• Monitoring market trends and customer insights, providing feedback to influence product development and segment strategy.• Ensuring high standards of account governance, including forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline and compliance with commercial policies.
