Summary:

The Key Account Officer is responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager for a portfolio of customers. He/She will act as a liaison between customers, key account management, and trade departments on operational issues.

Job Requirements:

• Support Key Account Manager in implementing regional strategies.
• Ensure optimal customer service and meet assigned KPIs to grow sales and profitability of assigned Key Accounts.
• Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
• Assist with tender processing, price quotes, and rate negotiations.
• Collaborate with the relevant parties to push for the volumes.
• Promote value-added services and cross-sell products.
• Contribute to dispute resolution with pricers and back officers; perform other related duties as assigned.
• Prepare performance, forecast, budget, and other required ad-hoc business reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Process tender, price quotes, and rate negotiations for assigned Key Accounts.

Promote group services such as VAS and cross-sell activities to assigned Global Accounts.
