In this role, you will report to the Key Account Manager and serve as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, and various cross-functional departments on operational matters. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely support to both the Key Account Manager and Department Head across a portfolio of customers. This position is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
