Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

The role will require proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the mobile line sales within the Financial Services Industry (FSI) segment. Your primary mission will be to drive mobile line acquisitions, grow account revenue, and develop long-term partnerships with key clients. Success in this role also requires a deep understanding of enterprise mobile solutions, strong relationship-building skills, and a relentless focus on sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
• Drive mobile line acquisitions by identifying and closing high-potential FSI accounts.
• Increase account revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of mobile-related solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong mobile sales pipeline by actively engaging key decision-makers in the FSI sector.
• Build strategic partnerships that support business expansion and mobile service penetration in financial institutions.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with FSI clients to ensure sustainable revenue and contract renewals.
• Deliver responsive and high-quality service to clients, strengthening loyalty and satisfaction.
• Execute the end-to-end sales cycle with efficiency and alignment to internal processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the mobile space to inform sales strategy

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in mobile telecommunication or the financial services sector
• Preferably has a proven track record in mobile line sales and managing key enterprise accounts.
• Strong background in developing and expanding B2B relationships within structured sales environments.
• Ability to work well under stressful situations with tight timelines, and able to articulate UM business proposition to key accounts
• Strong business acumen and ability to foresee and address the changing market requirements, and has knowledge of telecommunication/Financial Services Industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, able to initiate and manage strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value through mobile connectivity solutions.
