Job Responsibility

Key Account Manager Responsibilities May Include

  • discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer requirements and applying product knowledge to meet their needs
  • Attend, manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to maintain existing customers and bring in new customers to increase sales volume as set target
  • Build strong relationship with customers to maximize the potential growth of existing key customers and respond to customer needs, enquiries and address their concern
  • Closing sales and respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information to ensure that individual sales target are achieved
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business relationships. Building rapport with potential customers to generate new business.
  • Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts
  • Prepare quotation for customers and follow up with customer

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Good in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia language
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with high integrity, highly committed and able to work independently
  • Positive working attitude & good discipline
