Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive business growth by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts, ensuring sales outcomes support the company’s overall objectives.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across industries.
3. Understand client needs and propose practical, tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery post-sales.
5. Monitor industry and market trends to keep our sales strategies relevant.
6. Resolve client concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
7. Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage relevant documentation for client engagement.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or engineering services.
• Operations or field experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Good communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while managing time effectively.
• Own transport and valid driving license are required.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia to meet clients and support projects.
