Overview
- Achieve sales and profit KPIs set by the company.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and business plans to drive sales growth.
- Plan, execute, and review sales and promotional activities to maximize results.
- Build strong business relationships and maintain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and operations.
- Negotiate trading terms and collaborate closely with key customers to ensure mutual business success.
- Maintain close communication with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, challenges, and queries promptly.
- Manage sales expenses efficiently within the approved budget.
- Conduct market, chain, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and improve performance.
- Perform other administrative or related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree, preferably with marketing or business background.
- At least 2 years working experience with good knowledge of FMCG sales – retail or equivalent at key account sales management.
- Understands basic sales functions i.e. key account customer sales.
- Good planning, forecasting, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Success in several diverse sales roles will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate with good communication, report and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated individual with positive work attitude.
