Overview
  • Achieve sales and profit KPIs set by the company.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and business plans to drive sales growth.
  • Plan, execute, and review sales and promotional activities to maximize results.
  • Build strong business relationships and maintain a deep understanding of customers’ needs and operations.
  • Negotiate trading terms and collaborate closely with key customers to ensure mutual business success.
  • Maintain close communication with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, challenges, and queries promptly.
  • Manage sales expenses efficiently within the approved budget.
  • Conduct market, chain, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and improve performance.
  • Perform other administrative or related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education/Experience: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree, preferably with marketing or business background.
  • At least 2 years working experience with good knowledge of FMCG sales – retail or equivalent at key account sales management.
  • Understands basic sales functions i.e. key account customer sales.
  • Good planning, forecasting, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Success in several diverse sales roles will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with good communication, report and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with positive work attitude.
