Key Account Manager-Long Tail
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of seller accounts in long tail segment.
- Develop deep understanding of sellers business needs and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and execute action plans to close performance gaps.
- Analyze data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market and competitor activity and provide actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Excel.
