We are looking to fill two positions: one to manage the Malaysia and Singapore markets, and another to handle international clients.

About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our clients. You will take over accounts secured by our Business Development team, nurture these relationships, and strategically grow them within your portfolio.

This is not a traditional sales role, but you will be accountable for the growth and retention of your client accounts. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, consistently upselling WOGI’s innovative solutions, and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts under your portfolio.
  • Understand client needs and proactively recommend WOGI's solutions to drive growth.
  • Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Track and report on account performance and growth metrics.
