1 position: Key Account Manager for Modern Trade
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Developing annual customer plans aimed at surpassing sales objectives and supporting business growth.
  • Account Management: Ensuring regular interaction with key customers, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Management: Leading negotiations and fostering strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and promotions.
  • Market Insights: Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities or challenges.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Preparing accurate sales forecasts for customers.

1 position: Key Account Manager for Food Service
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns. Understand the client's business, goals, and challenges.
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets and increase market share within assigned accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitability. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's food service products and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
