Well established Personal Care product manufacturer

Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Basic Salary RM6500-RM9000 commensurate with working experience

Modern Trade, General Trade, Channel Sales / Distribution Sales experience are welcome to apply.

Priority given to candidates who have experience dealing with Watson health & beauty Chain Stores

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements (IKA & LKA).
  2. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  3. Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with customers.
  4. To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/new business development served in the assigned area.
  5. Track, monitor and analyze products, channels, and customers sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
  7. Knowledgeable and experienced to implement best practices to perform duties.
  8. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  9. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  10. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  11. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  12. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, sales or a relevant field.
  2. Candidate without Dip/Degree but with good experience in LKA/IKA handling are also welcome to apply.
  3. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  4. Preferably 3 - 8 years of sales or key account management experience in FMCG.
  5. Experience in handling MT accounts will be an advantage.
  6. Proficient in MS Office suite.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
