Job Title: Key Account Manager

Job Description:

  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Malaysia market, focusing on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts, expanding the customer base.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience and address any issues promptly.
  5. Conduct regular account reviews, provide sales forecasts, and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. More than 1 year of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts, with a focus on the Malaysia market.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  5. Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Fluent in English and Malay, with additional language skills being an advantage.
  7. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and comfortable with VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) situations.

Note: This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and is part of the LAZADA team. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
