Job description

Commercial Strategist

  1. Develop, monitor, and manage an assigned portfolio of China Brands on LazMall.
  2. Formulate a sound commercial portfolio strategy, including range and pricing, and ensure key accounts meet their sales targets.
  3. Evaluate performance daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize product offerings, pricing, promotion decisions, and marketing spend.

Relationship Manager

  1. Establish strong relationships with Lazada’s partners and support their activities on our platform.
  2. Assist partners in brand launches, sales campaigns, and brand events.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure support in supply chain, customer service, and marketing, creating win-win scenarios for Lazada and sellers.
  4. Promote promotional tools to help sellers increase traffic and sales.

Skilled Consultant

  1. Curate industry insights and trends to drive category success.
  2. Develop channel marketing and promotion plans.
  3. Coach sellers to maximize platform yield and support internal teams for optimal seller assistance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, marketing, or related fields, preferably in a multinational or tech company; e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven success in negotiations and relationship management.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Occasional travel may be required for local roles.
