Are you passionate about specialty chemicals and building lasting relationships? Do you thrive on growing business and meeting sales targets? If so, we want you to bring your A-game and join our high-performing sales team as a Key Account Manager! You'll work closely with a variety of customers in the chemical industry and have the opportunity to grow market share while developing long-lasting connections.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Selling & promoting specialty chemicals across your assigned territory
  2. Managing and growing key accounts while increasing market share and sales revenue
  3. Collaborating with Sales Managers to craft killer sales & marketing strategies
  4. Identifying customer needs and turning them into sales opportunities to exceed targets
  5. Handling emails, cold calls, meetings, phone conferences, and delivering powerful product presentations
  6. Building relationships across departments like Marketing, Sales Support, and Customer Care to match customer needs with solutions
  7. Keeping an eye on competitors and making sure we stay ahead in the game

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
  2. 3+ years of sales experience in the chemical supplies industry
  3. Previous experience in the industrial market is a plus
  4. Great interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a variety of people every day
  5. Excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to persuading and conveying the value of our products
  6. Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  7. Confident and driven to close sales successfully
  8. Based in Johor Bahru with a willingness to travel outstation
  9. Must have own transport
