Job Responsibilities:

  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and cultivate qualified sales leads to drive business growth.
  • Sell and negotiate comprehensive suite of logistics services.
  • Secure and retain new clients by delivering exceptional value propositions.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for both current and prospective clients.
  • Leverage analytical skills to develop customized logistics plans.
  • Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues, ensuring seamless freight movement.
  • Conduct post-shipment follow-ups to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Achieve individual, team, and company objectives through dedicated performance.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Operations and international partners to optimize freight movement efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years sales experience in the logistics, ocean forwarding, domestic and cross border transportation.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language is a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email.
