The Role

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing strategic relationships with key partners across both online and offline channels. This role requires strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to lead account planning, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts through strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze demand, monitor sales performance, and implement improvements to achieve sales targets across all channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and service teams to align offerings with customer needs and maximize brand impact.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of products and industry trends to support upselling and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years proven track record in managing multiple key accounts, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.
  • Skilled in high-level negotiations with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Capable of conducting financial and market analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
