Job description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish & execute sales goals and plan to support the achievement of company business objectives and company market share ambition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market players, specifically metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors
  • Drive and achieve the monthly sales targets including developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts based upon current market and customer trend.
  • Roll out sales actions that best address customer needs and adhere to the internal processes (e.g., forecast, stock planning, delivery performance etc.).
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

Requrements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong existing relationships with metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors.
  • Experience within the steel/ construction industry to enable strong product and application knowledge
  • Analytical skills, planning accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, bilingual, self-driven.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
