Responsibilities:
- Establish & execute sales goals and plan to support the achievement of company business objectives and company market share ambition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market players, specifically metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors
- Drive and achieve the monthly sales targets including developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts based upon current market and customer trend.
- Roll out sales actions that best address customer needs and adhere to the internal processes (e.g., forecast, stock planning, delivery performance etc.).
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Requrements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong existing relationships with metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors.
- Experience within the steel/ construction industry to enable strong product and application knowledge
- Analytical skills, planning accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, bilingual, self-driven.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
