About the job

We are excited to help new global partners unlock our platform’s full potential by digitizing their sales process and leveraging their existing route to market. To do this, we are expanding the BEES team in APAC, setting up an Implementation hub in Hong Kong to work on-the-ground with our partners on a daily basis.

Reporting directly into the Partner Implementation lead, the Implementation Specialist will execute across active partner transformations and product deployments.

What you'll do:

  1. In a client facing capacity, lead end-to-end partner transformations for up to 2 partners at a time, depending on size of country and roadmap.
  2. Responsible for end-to-end BEES Technology deployment in up to 2 partnership countries in the Zone (regional market). Monitor and review project activities and ensure target achievements.
  3. Lead business transformation team of 2 Implementation Specialists and indirectly manage/coordinate 4 peers to deliver cross-functional support (Digital Services, Frontline, Data & Reporting, Product & Engineering).
  4. Deliver BEES Commercial results in line with Financial KPIs.
  5. Responsible for relationship with Partner’s commercial leadership team (such as President or Business Unit Head of partner organization) for countries’ scope.
  6. Accountable for partner transformation, governance, & timely execution of deliverables in assigned countries.
  7. Negotiate contracts with key partners and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
  8. Drive partner NPS score to align with global average within countries in scope to drive adoption and partner revenue.
  9. Responsible to deliver budget (BEES Net Revenue & implementation costs) for each assigned country.

  1. Proven experience as a key account manager or in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate data and metrics, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
