Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be based in Kuching, Sarawak. The department is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities, and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to ensure consistent growth for the client’s business.
  • Monitor each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda’s operational standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, providing feedback and industry trend insights.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure deals meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate client need fulfillment through internal collaboration.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a client management role is preferable.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Experience leading a team is an advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
