Job description

You will be responsible for the sales development of a portfolio of existing corporate customers while maintaining strong and durable relationships.

You will be asked to develop and increase sales within your existing portfolio and will be in charge of the implementation for newly acquired customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Visit accounts at a frequency agreed upon with your line manager to ensure a good trading relationship with customers.
  2. Increase spending through product penetration, identify new opportunities/projects, and manage margins within the customer portfolio.
  3. Achieve 100% contractual compliance in customer spend.
  4. Analyze and prepare customer account consumption reports and present account development plans to customers.
  5. Work closely with the operations team (marketing, customer service, logistics, finance) to deliver Lyreco's service levels to customers.
  6. Ensure the end-to-end implementation of newly acquired customers, from account creation to user training.
  7. Retain the customer portfolio through retendering and contract renewal.
  8. Update CRM with activity and opportunity progress.
  9. Coordinate with the International Account Manager to adhere to global agreement conditions.
  10. Perform any other reasonable ad hoc assignments from management.

Compensation

Salary range between MYR4,000 and MYR4,500 plus fixed transport allowances and incentives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong negotiation skills; experience in sales pipeline management; familiar with the sales tendering process.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in B2B or service sales handling corporate customers.
