Job Description

  • Develop and maintain existing corporate accounts and provide high-quality service to existing hirers.
  • Analyze customer needs through data-driven methods and structured planning sessions; propose the most effective solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies to grow existing revenue and upsell other JobStreet.com services.
  • Design and implement account plans to build deeper relationships and increase sales.
  • Engage with top management and decision-makers of key customers through sales presentations, account reviews, and provide total consultancy on all products and services.
  • Identify target accounts and hirers’ needs, propose solutions, and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.
  • Support company new product rollout and adoption by proactively engaging, communicating, and implementing the rollout/adoption to all hirers.
  • Other duties include accurate sales reporting, achieving monthly sales targets, and handling collections.
  • Focus on ensuring customer success and return on investment to drive business retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and key account management.
  • Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts at regional or national levels.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision-makers.
  • Effective engagement and communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to develop high-quality proposals and present to large audiences.
  • Experience facilitating customer solutions workshops or similar sessions.
  • Experience in simple program/project management.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data.
  • Excellent presentation skills that appeal to audiences emotionally.
