Qualifications

What you´ll do

  • Ready to join a great of Key Account Managers in our Adhesives Electronics Business Unit?
  • Responsible for achieving the annual budgeted sales and profitability for the assigned businesses and territories
  • Assist in development of new business and implement of regional sales and marketing objectives for the assigned businesses and territories.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans to develop for the assigned businesses
  • Consistently work with Global team on management and development regional customer relationship and business for global & regional key account customers
  • Required to work with the marketing and product line managers to provide input to the development of new product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer requirements.
  • In charge of identifying on changing markets and understand customer requirements, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and monitor progress of implement customized solutions
  • Ensure close coordination and work effectively together with other stakeholders to meet the customer’s requirement and expectation
  • Analyse sales statistics to produce strategic and enhance the business growth.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly updates reports on pipelines, target, budgeting achievement, forecast accuracy, review of new opportunities and business plan
  • Monitor and report the activities and products of the competitors
  • You will be participating in activities as and when required by company such as trade exhibition, meeting, and training courses
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management, within the Semiconductors and Consumer Devices sectors.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors and customers
  • Proven sales track record in assigned products and existing network of contacts
  • Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent with sales planning, forecasting, value selling and networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and has a positive attitude towards learning and development
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills, with exceptional influencing, and interpersonal management skills
  • Analytically strong, team-oriented with a strong interest in a consultative selling approach
