Job description

Managing existing Key Account customers such as well-known drugstore retail outlets following the company's strategy and procedures.

Understanding marketing strategies with excellent in-store execution.

Responsible for individual Key Account business plans, performance, ROI, forecasts, and distribution targets.

Understanding Key Accounts' corporate and category strategies.

Maintaining and developing relationships across all functions and levels internally and externally, including assigned Key Accounts, marketing, sales promoters, logistics, and finance.

Successfully negotiating favorable trading terms on price, service, and profitability.

Conducting regular meetings and business reviews to monitor and review progress with ROI in line with agreed objectives.

Ensuring the availability of market intelligence and tracking competitor pricing and strategies.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities along with new customers.

Conducting or coordinating product training for internal and external parties.

Planning and executing daily coverage based on the monthly plan.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Demonstrated successful management and growth of key client relationships.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client pain points.

- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
