Job Description and Responsibilities:
* Implement and execute sales plans to maximize sales revenue and capture market share from competitors.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Manage key accounts and drive business development initiatives.
* Review business performance to identify brand risks and opportunities.
* Maintain customer relationships, provide comprehensive solutions, and expand the business network.
* Facilitate communication between the sales team and internal departments, including marketing, accounting, and logistics.
Requirements:
* Beverage loving, passionate in beverage industry
*Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Food Science, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience (preferably Food/beverage Service - B2B experience).
* Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and a team player.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Cantonese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
* Must possess a car and a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
