The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction in the Johor Bahru region. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong communication skills and industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities in Johor Bahru.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and responsive support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure service excellence.
  • Lead pricing negotiations, support cost optimization, and monitor market trends.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth and KPI performance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Preferably holds a Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a solid background in technical sales.
  • Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within the electronics or manufacturing sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with key clients across diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong in negotiation, relationship management, and identifying business growth opportunities.
